Личното удовлетворение от работата е важно за мотивацията на персонала.

Когато обаче мислите на един служител блуждаят някъде другаде, а резултатите от труда му са незадоволителни, едва ли е добро решение да оставите ситуацията да излезе извън контрол.

Като вътрешен комуникатор или мениджър, не трябва да нито да отстъпвате, нито да бъдете безразличен.  

Разберете какъв е проблема, опитайте се да поговорите със служителя.

Можете да получите изключително важна информация за него, ако използвате правилен подход.

И ако откриете, че служителят се нуждае от ново начало – било в работата си (нова позиция или отговорности), или в личен план (развитие на личностни умения например) - помислете къде можете да срещнете гледните точки – вашата и на служителя.

Дори допирните точки да са прекалено малко, все пак потърсете компромис.

Ако се окаже, че служителят предпочита да се втурне в преследване на детската си мечта или желае драстична промяна, не можете да промените това.

Въпросът е дали ще му дадете втори шанс, ако след време ви потърси отново и пожелае да се върне работа.

Тогава взимането на решение в полза на ново начало на служителя с вас няма да е леко и ще зависи от вашата предишна преценка и впечатления.

  1. Ако искате служителят да бъде отговорен към вас и организацията, погрижете се и вие да сте отговорни към него. Коректното отношение и прозрачното поведение и на двете страни ще осигури среда, в която безпроблемно можете отново да приемете ‘мигрирал’ служител.
