"Successful Communication Start From Within" 2007 Second International Conference for Managing Internal Communication
Have you ever been caught in a situation when you are not familiar with the real attitudes of your employees? Have you ever asked yourself which are the most effective activities that should be taken in periods of internal crisis or organizational change? Have you ever confronted your colleagues' or even the management's hesitations about the role of the internal communications for the successful development of an organization?
After the successful first edition of the conference "Successful Communications Start From Within" 2006, when we replied to your questions about the management and the planning of the internal communications activities, who should take the responsibility about the internal communications in an organization and how they support the company’s business strategy, Apeiron Academy plans for the Second International Conference "Successful Communications Start From Within" on the 15th of November 2007. In this year's edition we are going to share the results of the research made by Apeiron Research about the top management's expectations from internal communications; we are going to talk about the role of the internal communications in periods of crisis or organizational change and how to turn a company into a top employer.
