Apeiron Academy announces international scholarship competition for their first professional qualification for internal communications
On 1st of November starts the international competition for scholarship for the first alumni of the English professional qualification of internal communications specialists - CIPR Internal Communications Certificate, organized by Apeiron Academy. The scholarship covers the expences of the education and the additional student materials but will not cover travel expenses, accomodation and CIPR membership fee.
CIPR Internal Communications Certificate is the newest qualification programme of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. The Bulgarian Accredited centre became the first centre outside United Kingdom that got a licence for teaching the Certificate and will start the first course in January 2010.
In the competition can participate specialits who work in the field of corporate communications or students who can prove a minimum of one year proffesional experience in public relations, human resources, marketing, organizational management. Documents can be submitted by Bulgarian or foreign citizens.
The new CIPR qualification programme is suitable for internal communications specialists or specialists with experience in similar professional field, who want to extend their knowledge for organizational culture, corporate change, strategic planning in the field of communications, and social media.
The course lasts for approximately 6 months and offers a minimum of 20 hours tuition. At Apeiron Academy the lecturing sessions will be lead by the creator of the Certificate Kevin Ruck and Ann Pilkington, specialists with big experience in the field of communications, accredited CIPR lectors and founders of PR Academy (UK).
Requirements for candidates
In the competition can participate communications specialists or students. Documents can be submitted by Bulgarian or foreign citizens. The candidates will have to match the following criteria:
Have a degree or are currently studiying for a degree in PR, HR, marketing, organizational development, sociology, etc and have one year relevant full-time employment in those areas. or
Have a minimum of two years' relevant full-time employment in those areas (for candidates who don't have a degree and are not currently studying in those areas) and have
Fluent English Language (Written and Spoken)
Required documents:
Copy of your higher education diploma or document assuring that the candidate is currently a student
Wide CV
1000-word essay (+/-10%) on the topic "Successful communications start from within", written in English
professional recommendation from the current empolyer
